Spooner exposes the fact that when Judges of the government [representative of the "country"] can determine what evidence and which witnesses may testify it [the court] can manipulate the outcome, and that judges might actually enforce the decision of the jury through Judicial "charging" the jury in such a way as to dictate the outcome of any trial. That the charging of every jury that they are the court of last resort that determines whether any law being enforced is legal and just will be forgotten in the long term and juries will simply become the tool of the government. This of course is exactly what has come to pass in spite of many federal district court and U.S. Supreme Court cases extolling this very important charge as absolutely necessary in every case. But judges rarely if ever even admit that this charging exists much less is required by law.

Loss of our courts to the corporate state, Admiralty Law as opposed to the Law of the Land- Common Law. No theories could be more opposed. The Magna Carta 1215.

"For more than six hundred years, [Spooner wrote in 1852]--- that is, since Magna Carta, in 1215 --- there has been no clearer principle of English or American constitutional law, than that, in criminal cases, it is not only the right and duty of juries to judge what are the facts, what is the law, and what was the moral intent of the accused; but that it is also their right, and their primary and paramount duty, to judge of the justice of the law, and to hold all laws invalid, that are, in their opinion, unjust or oppressive, and all persons guiltless in violating, or resisting the execution of, such laws."

It is this principle that guided the States Rights issues addressed in the 1798 Kentucky Resolutions and Virginia Resolutions of 1799.

States Are Sovereign Entities

The battle for states rights began almost immediately after the ratification of the Constitution. With the French threatening war over revolutionary war debt upon the election of John Adams in 1796 the "federalists" used the non-existent war to pass 4 pieces of legislation that were patently opposed to the Constitution and the principles upon which the Union of States of the Republic compact had been crafted. His Vice President, Thomas Jefferson, a Republican vehemently opposed These acts came to be called the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798. The Naturalization Act, least of the controversial enactments extended the period required for foreigners to become citizens. It was repealed after four years. The Alien Friends Act authorized the President to deport alien residents considered dangerous to the peace and safety of the United States, and it expired after two years. The Alien Enemies Act, still on the books today, authorizes the president to deport aliens whose home countries are at war with the United States. The Sedition Act established fines and jail time for any person who shall write, print, utter or publish, or shall cause or procure to be written, printed, uttered or published or shall knowingly and willingly assist or aid in writing, printing, uttering, or publishing any false, scandalous and malicious writing or writings against the government of the United States, or either House of the said Congress, or the said President, or to bring them, or either of them, into contempt, or disrepute, or excite against them, or either or any of them, the hatred of the good people of the United States, or to stir up sedition within the United States.

Supporters defended the legislation by citing the "general welfare" and "necessary and proper" clauses of the Constitution. [notice the common trend today?] The constitutional problems with this are clear, because its partisan nature cannot be denied.

President Adams was a Federalist and the Congress was dominated by Federalists and under the Sedition Act they could not be criticized. Jefferson, Vice President, a Republican. The Sedition Act imposed no penalties for criticizing him. This was fine with Jefferson, who believed that it was his and every public servant's duty to submit to public scrutiny and whatever criticisms the public might voice.

One of the first convictions under the Sedition Act was a U.S. Congressman from Vermont for writing a letter and publishing another criticizing President Adams' "continual grasp for power," and "thirst for a ridiculous pomp, foolish adulation and selfish avarice." The letter he published was from an American in France who wondered why Adams had not been committed to "a mad house." Lyon was sentenced to four months in prison and fined $1,000. Stevens T. Mason, a U.S. Senator from Virginia, joined by ordinary citizens from Vermont, collected money to pay Lyon's fine and the outcry over the conviction resulted in Lyons winning re-election to the House while incarcerated. There were, of course many other such egregious convictions under the law.

Jefferson saw that some form of resistance was necessary to preserve the Republic. He had become reluctant to write letters, fearing that his letters were being opened by the Federalist postal workers. He puzzled over what form resistance to unconstitutional acts should take. He was after all a constitutional republican first, Vice President second. He believed that there needed to be a stronger response than petitions and protests. But he wanted the states to avoid secession [if possible. At no time did Jefferson or James Madison rule out the possibility that states would have to secede to protect their sovereignty and their citizens]

Here it must be remembered that immigrants became citizens of the states wherein they resided. That was the process by which one became an American. It was through the process of becoming a citizen of the SOVEREIGN STATE that one became a citizen of the REPUBLIC.

Jefferson laid forth his political view of the federal union in the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 that were sponsored in the Kentucky Legislature by John Breckinridge, who argued that when the federal government enacted merely "impolitic" laws, the people should strive to repeal them. However, when the federal government passed laws that extended beyond its constitutional powers, the people at the state level ought to make a legislative declaration that, being unconstitutional, they are therefore void and of no effect. With regard to the Alien and Sedition Acts in particular, while Breckinridge hoped the Congress might repeal them, he declared that the states could nullify them.

Here it is important for students to keep in mind that in the formation of the compact between states, which is THE CONSTITUTION the federal government is limited to ONLY those powers which are EXPRESSLY delegated by the States and WE THE PEOPLE not the converse. In that era those true to the ideals set forth in the Constitution knew that for ANY LAW to be enforced within ANY STATE the state had to ascend, that is APPROVE and issue it as LAW within its borders. That is why archives of every state still have volumes regarding all legislation passed by the federal government that was or was not endorsed and approved by the legislature of that state. Barring that approval and issue from the STATE no law held power within the borders of that state. A fact that even Constitutionalists today fail to clearly understand. It was this process that inspired Jefferson and James Madison in the Kentucky Resolutions and Virginia Resolutions of 1798 and 1799 respectively.

Breckinridge stated this, "I hesitate not to declare it as my opinion that it is then the right and duty of the several States to nullify those acts, [here referring to any unconstitutional acts] and to protect their citizens from their operation." To those who replied that federal judges had found the Acts [specifically the Alien and Sedition Acts] to be constitutionally unobjectionable and so the matter was closed, Breckinridge replied, "Who are the judiciary? Who are they, but a part of the servants of the people created by the Federal compact? And if the servants of the people have a right, is it good reasoning to say that the people by whom and for whose benefit both they and the government were created, are destitute of that right?"

Let me here give a bit less eloquent explanation. The federal court, being an entity of the federal government is unlikely to oppose an dictate of the federal government. It is like expecting your adversary's brother to arbitrate an dispute you may have with his brother fairly. That is why State sovereignty is so important to preserving individual liberty. The federal government has to be chained to the powers only specifically assigned to it by the States as set forth in the Constitution.


The Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 addressed the duty of the states to protect their citizens from abuse of federal powers. Herein in part most relevant:


Resolved; That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united in principle of unlimited submission to their general [federal] government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes-delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general [federal] government assumes undelegated its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral part, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress. [Emphasis added]

The conclusion is returned to general principles read the text, "This Commonwealth is determined, as it doubts not its Co-states are, tamely to submit to undelegated and consequently unlimited powers in NO MAN OR BODY OF MEN ON EARTH."

We see that today WE THE PEOPLE are in a struggle against a tyrannical federal government that is imposing its UNCONSTITUTIONAL acts upon SOVEREIGN STATES. If we have surrendered the Sovereignty of the States to the Federal Union, as was Lincoln's intent, then we must RESTORE STATE SOVEREIGNTY by NULLIFYING THE POWERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and then rejoin the compact anew with the Constitution stripped of all illegal amendments from 1861 forward, nullifying all power of legislation that emanated from that illegal federal [centralist] government and moving forward as a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC , the Union of Sovereign States of America.

The only way to restore the Republic is to dismantle the existing centralist federal tyranny; the Corporate State and all the agencies and agents thereof.

TOLERANCE

Tolerance is the virtue of a man without convictions. A man who accepts that which is contrary to his convictions will go for anything. Once people lose the capacity to THINK for themselves and are not self reliant, do not accept responsibility for their actions and therefore allow others the same latitude to justify their own lack of courage of conviction the society in which they live becomes a moral cesspool. There is a moral imperative in life and at some point one must have the courage to accept responsibility for their own actions. Failing that one is never capable of accepting responsibility for any other life and is incompetent to advise anyone else on how they should live.

Compromise is the affliction of the coward. Compromising one's convictions is the first step to moral and ethical corruption. You may compromise the insignificant with those near and dear to you, but NEVER compromise your moral and spiritual convictions for any reason or you will have set yourself on the path of moral and spiritual decay.

The Socialist Bourgeoisie

If there is one generalization that can be accurately asserted about Barack Hussein Obama and generations of Marxists before him, it is that they are and always have been, universally, hypocrites. They preach classist sermons to the masses, the foundational fodder upon which their failed socialist regimes are constructed, all while living lavish lifestyles characterized by elitism and overly conspicuous consumption.

This generalization holds not just for Western socialists, but also for their Soviet-era mentors, of which I am a first-hand witness.

In 1987, I stepped off an Aeroflot Tu-124 at Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport, grateful that the "aircraft" had made it all the way to our destination. My moment of gratitude was abruptly interrupted at the bottom of the aircraft steps by two pallid gents in off-the-rack suits who were accompanied by two humorless uniformed Militsiya regulars.

Apparently, my reputation had preceded me.

The suited fellows, representatives of the Soviet Committee for State Security, offered not so much as a simple "welcome." Rather, they insisted that I turn over my credentials and possessions, and accompany them for an "interview." We left the airport and drove to an aging gray building in central Moscow directly across from the Kremlin.

Once inside the building, my hosts informed me that I was a "guest" of the state, and would remain so until such time they determined I could leave. I was taken to a third-floor room, rather sparse in its furnishings, where I remained for three days. Though the accommodations were not up to Bedouin tent standards, the room did have a window with a splendid view of two entrances into the Kremlin.

Through that window by night shined the ominous Red Star atop Spasskaya Tower. By day, I could observe all the movement into and out of the Kremlin.

There was a sea of ubiquitous Soviet state-made autos making their way through the plaza in front of the Kremlin -- Volgas, Ladas and Moskvichs, most of which were as old as (and in no better operating condition) than the Tu-124 on which I had arrived. What I recall most was how that sea of decrepit autos parted with regularity to allow unhindered passage of shiny ZIL-117 curtained limousines carting members of the Soviet Politicheskoye Byuro on their way to elegant meals in stylish places that no common Soviet citizen could enter.

Surely the great vision of human liberation from capitalism envisioned by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels did not include limousine liberals?

Shortly after the Demo's 2008 "October Surprise," that politically fortuitous collapse of the U.S. securities markets that Obama rode into office, I recall one of his earliest condemnations of corporate execs "flying around the nation on private jets" while their companies were sinking into bankruptcy.

At the time, Obama had just stepped off the most expensive luxury jet in the world, Air Force One, which costs far more to operate and maintain for every minute of flight than the largest of corporate jets cost for hours, or even days, of flight. Just like his socialist mentors, Obama acknowledged not even a hint of the hypocrisy.

Since then, he has logged many, many more hours on Air Force One, in transit to more luxurious vacation destinations and elite political confabs than any nouveau riche lucky lottery winner has in first class seats to Vegas -- and all while our nation is sinking into bankruptcy.

Obama is just the latest of the Socialist Bourgeoisie political aristocracy to occupy the White House, the first being Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who did more to undermine liberty and free enterprise than any president -- until Obama. (I suspect Rahm Emanuel plagiarized Obama's rule number one, "Never allow a crisis to go to waste," from FDR.)

According to Marxist doctrine, manifest in Obama's classist rhetoric, the bourgeoisie are defined as the dominant ruling-class who control the means of production in a capitalist economy and abuse the proletariat to produce their wealth.

However, what Marx didn't have was the benefit of observing a mature free enterprise system in operation under a constitutional democratic republic from which strong and healthy middle class economies arise. So strong is the middle class in the U.S. and other industrialized nations, that modern Socialists now use the term "bourgeoisie" to pejoratively depict middle class consumerism.

What Marx unwittingly defined is the nature of Socialist government barons like Obama and his czars, where the dominant ruling class are those in political power who regulate the means of economic production through regulation and taxation in order to reduce the ranks of the middle class and thereby increase the proletariat masses, those to whom the ruling political class can discriminately transfer wealth in return for re-election ... until the wealth runs out.

Unfortunately for the proletariat, this transfer of wealth is not sustainable, and the only equality achieved is impoverishment of everyone except the Socialist Bourgeoisie -- trickle-up poverty.

That was precisely the result of socialism in the USSR and every other nation where politburos have centralized control over the economy leading to bankrupted nations, all the while, living themselves like the tyrant kings and potentates they ostensibly decry.

And so it is with the Obamas who, along with their Kobe beef-eating entourage, are preparing for their eighth vacation this year -- this one to exclusive Martha's Vineyard for the next 10 days. Maybe this time the family dog Bo will be able to travel on the same plane as his masters and not have to settle for a separate taxpayer-provided Gulfstream 3, as was the case when the Obama's vacationed in fashionable Bar Harbor, Maine, in July.

As free enterprise bends to the point of breaking under the weight of ever more oppressive taxation and regulation, and statism proceeds to bankrupt the nation, Obama and his Socialist Bourgeoisie are hobnobbing around with the rich and famous. According to his deputy press secretary, "There will be hiking, time at the beach, time at the ice cream store -- all the sort of things you do when you're at Martha's Vineyard. You enjoy the people and the good food." And of course, there will be golf at Mink Meadows in Vineyard Haven.

As millions of parents struggle to provide the most basic needs for their children, Barack is eating cake.

While I don't know what October Surprise the Demos have up their collective sleeve for this fall's election cycle, I am gravely concerned that, given Obama's arrogant vacation schedule, it will be more devastating than the mischief they arranged in 2008. However, I remain altogether confident that American Patriots, like our forebears, will defend our Essential Liberty and persevere through whatever trials and foibles arise.

Next Conservatism: What Is Cultural Marxism By William S. Lind October 25, 2005 Reprinted with authors permission In his columns on the next conservatism, Paul Weyrich has several times referred to "cultural Marxism." He asked me, as Free Congress Foundation's resident historian, to write this column explaining what cultural Marxism is and where it came from. In order to understand what something is, you have to know its history. Cultural Marxism is a branch of western Marxism, different from the Marxism-Leninism of the old Soviet Union. It is commonly known as "multiculturalism" or, less formally, Political Correctness. From its beginning, the promoters of cultural Marxism have known they could be more effective if they concealed the Marxist nature of their work, hence the use of terms such as "multiculturalism." Cultural Marxism began not in the 1960s but in 1919, immediately after World War I. Marxist theory had predicted that in the event of a big European war, the working class all over Europe would rise up to overthrow capitalism and create communism. But when war came in 1914, that did not happen. When it finally did happen in Russia in 1917, workers in other European countries did not support it. What had gone wrong? Independently, two Marxist theorists, Antonio Gramsci in Italy and Georg Lukacs in Hungary, came to the same answer: Western culture and the Christian religion had so blinded the working class to its true, Marxist class interest that Communism was impossible in the West until both could be destroyed. In 1919, Lukacs asked, "Who will save us from Western civilization?" That same year, when he became Deputy Commissar for Culture in the short-lived Bolshevik Bela Kun government in Hungary, one of Lukacs's first acts was to introduce sex education into Hungary's public schools. He knew that if he could destroy the West's traditional sexual morals, he would have taken a giant step toward destroying Western culture itself. In 1923, inspired in part by Lukacs, a group of German Marxists established a think tank at Frankfurt University in Germany called the Institute for Social Research. This institute, soon known simply as the Frankfurt School, would become the creator of cultural Marxism. To translate Marxism from economic into cultural terms, the members of the Frankfurt School - - Max Horkheimer, Theodor Adorno, Wilhelm Reich, Eric Fromm and Herbert Marcuse, to name the most important - - had to contradict Marx on several points. They argued that culture was not just part of what Marx had called society's "superstructure," but an independent and very important variable. They also said that the working class would not lead a Marxist revolution, because it was becoming part of the middle class, the hated bourgeoisie. Who would? In the 1950s, Marcuse answered the question: a coalition of blacks, students, feminist women and homosexuals. Fatefully for America, when Hitler came to power in Germany in 1933, the Frankfurt School fled - - and reestablished itself in New York City. There, it shifted its focus from destroying traditional Western culture in Germany to destroying it in the United States. To do so, it invented "Critical Theory." What is the theory? To criticize every traditional institution, starting with the family, brutally and unremittingly, in order to bring them down. It wrote a series of "studies in prejudice," which said that anyone who believes in traditional Western culture is prejudiced, a "racist" or "sexist" of "fascist" - - and is also mentally ill. Most importantly, the Frankfurt School crossed Marx with Freud, taking from psychology the technique of psychological conditioning. Today, when the cultural Marxists want to do something like "normalize" homosexuality, they do not argue the point philosophically. They just beam television show after television show into every American home where the only normal-seeming white male is a homosexual (the Frankfurt School's key people spent the war years in Hollywood). After World War II ended, most members of the Frankfurt School went back to Germany. But Herbert Marcuse stayed in America. He took the highly abstract works of other Frankfurt School members and repackaged them in ways college students could read and understand. In his book "Eros and Civilization," he argued that by freeing sex from any restraints, we could elevate the pleasure principle over the reality principle and create a society with no work, only play (Marcuse coined the phrase, "Make love, not war"). Marcuse also argued for what he called "liberating tolerance," which he defined as tolerance for all ideas coming from the Left and intolerance for any ideas coming from the Right. In the 1960s, Marcuse became the chief "guru" of the New Left, and he injected the cultural Marxism of the Frankfurt School into the baby boom generation, to the point where it is now America's state ideology. The next conservatism should unmask multiculturalism and Political Correctness and tell the American people what they really are: cultural Marxism. Its goal remains what Lukacs and Gramsci set in 1919: destroying Western culture and the Christian religion. It has already made vast strides toward that goal. But if the average American found out that Political Correctness is a form of Marxism, different from the Marxism of the Soviet Union but Marxism nonetheless, it would be in trouble. The next conservatism needs to reveal the man behind the curtain - - old Karl Marx himself.

Some call William Z. Foster’s book, Toward Soviet America, a rant from an unhinged
Bolshevik. Some call his words nothing other than propaganda from the Soviet Union.
Foster’s work was, no doubt, propaganda from the Soviet Union, which, in last week’s
column, was shown to have been created and sustained byWestern bankers and industrialists.
Therefore, Foster’s writings also represent the propaganda and predictions of the world’s true
slavers: international elites.
Unwittingly or not, Foster provided a glimpse into the future of the United States, a
future which began to unfold immediately after Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s election and which
continued throughout his veritable monarchial rule.
To begin the sovietization process, we had to have the Great Depression, which was
rigged by the world bankers. Creating depressions is an age-old bankers’ trick dating back to
Nathan Rothschild’s crashing of Great Britain’s stock market before Napoleon’s fall at Waterloo.
Next we had to have someone sell the scam. That was FDR, who was selected by the
bankers to oversee the sovietization, which, while providing relief, expanded government and
increased exponentially its control over the masses.
And understand that there is no difference between soviet and federal.
Check out Webster’s New World Dictionary of the American Language, copyright 1970:
Soviet is described as “any of the various governing councils, local, intermediate and
national, elected by and representing the people.”
Federal is described as “designating or of a union of states, groups, etc. in which each
member agrees to subordinate it’s governmental power to that of the central authority or
government in certain specified common affairs.”
Interchange these definitions and either fits the U.S.
Consider the following excerpts from Foster’s book in italics. (Remember Foster stated
this 73 years ago.) My comments follow:
Foster quotes Lenin: “Capitalism, in its imperialist phase, arrives at the threshold of the
complete socialization of production. To some extent it caused the capitalist, whether they like it
or not, to enter a new social order, which marks the transition from free competition to the
socialization of production.”
We are heading toward a “new social order,” a.k.a. “new world order,” a term promoted
heavily during Daddy Bush’s presidency. Today’s talk about “free market” is a lie. It’s about the
economic integration of all nations so none can fare better than any other.
“The American Soviet government will be joining with the other Soviet governments in a
world Soviet Union. There will also be, very probably, some form of continental union.”
Hello? “Some form of continental union.” What do you think the European Union is
about? Or, for that matter, the African Union? Both of which are in their infancy. But do you
realize there is a movement afoot in the Western Hemisphere to “economically integrate” all 34
nations into the American Union?

“In finance it will mean the nationalization of the banking system and its concentration
around a central State bank . . . the setting up of a State monopoly of foreign trade . . . .”
We’ve already dealt with this. The Federal Reserve is your “central State bank.” The
“State Monopoly of foreign trade” is NAFTA, GATT and FTAA.
“In industry, transport and communications, this will mean the immediate taking over by
the State of all large factories, mines and power plants . . . the whole transport services of
railroads, waterways, airways, electric car lines, bus lines, etc.; the entire communication
organization, including telegraphs, telephones, post office, radio etc.”
In an earlier column, Amerikan Manifesto, we dealt with the ICC, FCC, FAA, DOT; but
here’s a few more: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Bureau of Mines, United States
Postal Service.
“There will also be the development of the system of social insurance against
unemployment, old age, sickness, accidents, etc.”
Social Security was supposed to go away after the Great Depression, but it’s still with us
and constitutes another tax, one without any guarantee to pay off for subsequent generations.
Privatize your SS contributions through Wall Street, and the bankers will rape your savings once
and for all. The money taken from you through your SS deductions were better off in your hands
to invest as you will than in the government’s.
And universal health care insurance? That worked out real well.
See, the point here is to corrupt capitalism, to drive the masses to go for complete
socialist services. And we are headlong down that path.
“The Soviet government will initiate at once a vast housing program. All houses and
other buildings will be socialized.”
The Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Federal Housing
Administration, the former is one of the most nefarious governmental slush funds around.
“Among the elementary measures the American Soviet government will adopt to further
the cultural revolution are the following; the schools, colleges and universities will be
coordinated and grouped under the National Department of Education and its state and local
branches. The studies will be revolutionized, being cleansed of religious, patriotic and other
features of the bourgeois ideology. The students will be taught on the basis of Marxian
dialectical materialism, internationalism and the general ethics of the new Socialist society.”
We got the Department of Education in 1979. Our public education system is heading
toward a national curriculum and, in turn, will be assimilated into an international currirculum.
Have studies been cleansed of religion and patriotism, the latter replaced by nationalism? Has
internationalism replaced the love and respect for national sovereignty?

My Blog so I get to comment here. "Federal" is now considered to be the governing Co-Op of all government entities in the manner Abe Lincoln conceived. Basically all states are agents of the federal government and the fed has become the CORPORATE STATE. If anyone suggests it is not ask them why the United States is "Incorporated" and every state thereof is "incorporated" and all are corporate entities have EIN#s associated with The District of Columbia and the Federal Reserve. Careful study of the Federal Reserve 12 bank regions makes one wonder if in fact the Federal Reserve regions are not more important in the FEDERALIST scheme than states. The more I studied this over the years the more convinced I became of this. because our judicial system and our law training and dumping of "ethics in the practice of law" dismissed Common Law [the law of the land], replacing it with Admiralty Law [the Law of Commerce]. Our courts went from a "People's Court" to "Adversarial Court" and that means that we humans are considered property of the corporate state much in the mind of cattle, not sovereign individuals anymore than there are sovereign states today. If the fight is to WIN it begins in the State legislatures and the battle to shed EIN#'s, dropping the pretense of being entities of the Federal dictatorship and removing SS#'s as a predicate for being a living human American. It is classical absurdity to think that the Federal or any other government entity has any authority to determine what dictates human life. Yet the Social Security Number and Birth Certificate does that! In this country you are not considered American unless you have a Social Security Number. For all the reasoning that has come from the vetting of this president and the government today one thing jumps out at me...We are not really American, according to the dictates of the Federal Reserve, unless we have a Social Security Number and the States have EIN#'s, which as absurd as it sounds makes all of us chattels of the Corporate State! Is it any wonder then that we have only those rights and liberties which are "GRANTED BY GOVERNMENT as privileges. I realized just how prevailing that had become when I was told by a senior deputy [nearly my age!] that it was a "privilege" to be allowed in a county courthouse. that is evidence of just how far back the DUMBING DOWN goes.

Remembering Shirley Sherrod

Ah yes, the case for a few thousand bucks the ballooned into a 1.25 billion dollar windfall profit. I don't know who the author was of this well put together report on the Sherrod and her cohort [OMG! Obama!] scam. But wow! Guess Barry's plan for "cleaning up" DC meant "cleaning up in DC!" By golly the Chicago to DC connection is much more intriguing than the French Connection. Ahhhh the old Capone-Daley dance team is small potatoes compared to the Daley-Obama show. Wow and Wow.

Andrew Breitbart lays the trap for Sherrod's fraud

Andrew Breitbart is a media genius. I don't know who wrote this but this is just terrific. Sent to a friend of mine.

He proved it originally with his brilliant handling of the ACORN ‘hooker’ scandal which he skillfully manipulated so that the corrupt media was forced, against its will, to broadcast corruption in one of Obama’s most powerful political support groups. But Breitbart’s handing of that affair is nothing compared to his brilliant manipulation of the Shirley Sherrod ‘white farmer’ scandal.

It all began last Monday, July 22, 2010. As the country watched in horror, Breitbart released a snippet of a tape on his “Big Government” site which showed an obscure black female official of the Dept. of Agriculture laughing to a roomful of NAACP members about how she’d discriminated against a destitute white farmer and refused to give him the financial aid he desperately needed. As she smirked to the room, she’d sent him instead to a white lawyer – ‘one of his own kind’ – for help. The black woman was Shirley Sherrod – and almost immediately she became the center of a firestorm of controversy which exploded throughout the country. Within a day of the release of that infamous tape, the head of the Dept. of Agriculture, spurred on by Obama, demanded – and received – Sherrod’s resignation. Breitbart had won.

But then seemingly Breitbart’s actions began to explode in his face. As Sherrod screamed in protest, FOX News released the entire text of her speech last March to the NAACP. And there on tape Sherrod was shown supposedly repenting of her racism against a white farmer and instead championing his fight to win funds to keep his farm afloat. Within hours of that entire tape being revealed, the entire world turned against Andrew Breitbart. Conservatives throughout the country were enraged that he’d endangered their reputations by releasing a ‘doctored’ tape. Breitbart, they thundered, had dealt a fatal blow to the conservative media. I confess that I also was horrified at what I saw as the clumsiness and stupidity of Breitbart in ‘doctoring’ a tape to make a supposedly innocent woman look guilty. But now I discover I have been as guilty of haste to judgment of Breitbart as the Dept. of Agriculture was of Ms. Sherrod.

Only now am I realizing the real purpose for Breitbart’s release of that tape snippet. It was to allow him to cunningly trick the media into exposing one of the most shocking examples of corruption in the federal government – a little known legal case called “Pigford v. Glickman”.

“In 1997, 400 African-American farmers sued the United States Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly denied USDA loans due to racial discrimination during the period 1983 to 1997.” The case was entitled “Pigford v. Glickman” and in 1999, the black farmers won their case. The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000 to settle their claims.

But then on February 23 of this year, something shocking happened in relation to that original judgment. In total silence, the USDA agreed to release more funds to “Pigford”. The amount was a staggering $1.25 billion. This was because the original number of plaintiffs – 400 black farmers – had now swollen in a class action suit to include a total of 86,000 black farmers throughout America.

There was only one teensy problem. The United States of America doesn’t have 86,000 black farmers. According to accurate and totally verified census data, the total number of black farmers throughout America is only 39,697. Oops.

Well, gosh – how on earth did 39,697 explode into 86,000 claims? And how did $50,000 explode into $1.25 billion? Well, folks, you’ll just have to ask the woman who not only spearheaded this case because of her position in 1997 at the “Rural Development Leadership Network” but whose family received the highest single payout (approximately $13 million) from that action – Shirley Sherrod. Oops again.

Yes, folks. It appears that Ms. Sherrod had just unwittingly exposed herself as the perpetrator of one of the biggest fraud claims in the United States – a fraud enabled solely because she screamed racism at the government and cowed them into submission. And it gets even more interesting. Ms. Sherrod has also exposed the person who aided and abetted her in this race fraud. As it turns out, the original judgment of “Pigford v. Glickman” in 1999 only applied to a total of 16,000 black farmers. But in 2008, a junior Senator got a law passed to reopen the case and allow more black farmers to sue for funds. The Senator was Barack Obama.

Because this law was passed in dead silence and because the woman responsible for spearheading it was an obscure USDA official, American taxpayers did not realize that they had just been forced in the midst of a worldwide depression to pay out more than $1.25 billion to settle a race claim.

But Breitbart knew. And last Monday, July 22, 2010, he cleverly laid a trap which Sherrod – and Obama – stumbled headfirst into which has now resulted in the entire world discovering the existence of this corrupt financial judgment. Yes, folks – Breitbart is a genius.

As for Ms. Sherrod? Well, she’s discovered too late that her cry of ‘racism’ to the media which was intended to throw the spotlight on Breitbart has instead thrown that spotlight on herself – and her corruption. Sherrod has vanished from public view. Her ‘pigs’, it seems, have come home to roost. Oink!

The problem is that Shirley will be "Oinking" with 13 million [hmmmdoes her hubby get 13 million too?] dollars of whose money? And what is the junior senator getting for his part in this scam. And who gets the balance of the 1.25 billion smackers? Wonder how many of them are tied to Obama? Maybe that is what they meant when they said Madam Michelle is paying her own vacationing expenses? [yeah, right and pig fly everyday too]

How much evidence of corruption do we need before we overhaul all branches of government right down to the state legislatures and put the Constitutional Republic back in order? And while we are diss-cussing that bit of necessary reform boot the UN and Federal Reserve OUT! Electoral College-OUT! Something called the National Debate Committee or whatever, you know the one designed to keep candidates who might bring up real issues out of the public forums debates-OUT. We could begin by NULLIFYING all the ILLEGAL Amendments to the Constitution, which would be every single one since 1861! Wow! There goes the Federal Reserve Act and the "Caste Act" - oh sorry that's the 14th Amendment. You see it actually does exactly the opposite of what it pretends. ah there is so much to taking out large stockpiles of trash. Then there is the necessary reformation. With the clean slate of illegal Amendments goes nearly all the illegal legislation from 1861 forward...Gee! Now the Federal Government is out of the regulating domestic production and not f&%@ng with the GNP and with real interest free currency [NO Foreign Bankers Fractional Banking scams Yea!] Limited terms and ending "Political" as a career plan. End that and we are on our way to Restoring the Constitutional Republic.

But will the Shirley Sherrod-Senator Obama scam result in any criminal action? Ah to be above the law.
