FEDERAL DRIVER'S LICENSE

Shortly, all 50 States, under the directive of the Obama Administration's Department of Homeland Security, will be required to federalize their driver's licenses, effectively converting what was a uniquely, "local" state drivers' license into what amounts to a "National ID Card"---or, as some opponents to the concept during the Clinton years called it, "a United States Internal Passport."

REAL I.D. was enacted in 2005, to make it more difficult for people who are not citizens, to secure a state-issued driver's license. The law takes effect in May, 2011. At that time, every States will be required to create a drivers' license that conforms to new federal "standards."

In short: REAL I.D. allows the government to convert your state issued drivers' license into a REAL Nazi/Communist-style National Identification Card, with all the scary attributes of an Internal Passport like people in Nazi/Communist-Europe were required to carry.

When did that happen here? It happened in 2005, when you were more concerned about terrorists than civil liberties. Congress passed the Real ID Act on May 11, 2005, which created new bio-metric national standards for state-issued drivers' licenses. The new law also requires those who do not drive to have a state-issued "non-driver" ID card.

Not just the federal government, but states will be able to quickly (at a moment's notice!) share 18 different points of private information about you, personally. The controversial 2005 bill designed to create national standards for driver's licenses is doing far more than that, according to a report released last week by the Center for Immigration Studies. The report, authored by Janice Kephart, Director of National Security Policy at CIS, offered an update on the implementation status of the Real ID Act in each state. The results were frightening. "Real ID is alive and well and it is being implemented," Kephart said. Most states are already compliant well before the deadline. Personal data about you has already been taken and it has been stored in a dossier about you.

In addition to the rehash of the 1993 Clinton National ID Card, the impetus for REAL ID stemmed from recommendations from the 9/11 Commission, although the standards established by the 9/11 Commission have already been repealed. REAL ID requires State driver's license authorities to use more stringent measures to verify Social Security numbers, birth dates, addresses, proof of citizenship and immigration status. The act prescribes 18 SEPARATE SECURITY CONTROLS that States are now required to use when issuing driver's licenses.

And this information will be available to law enforcement officials in all other States. If you were stopped in any State for speeding, the police in that State can "read" the database assigned to your card and virtually "share your information" over the Internet with any other government agency in any state. The presumptions of "unreasonable search" are gone forever, since any semblance of real privacy ceases to exist when REAL ID goes into effect.

In addition to some First Amendment concerns, the REAL ID Act violates the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, because driver's license, as such, should come under state laws, not the laws of the federal government. It violates the Tenth Amendment in reference to state powers and obliterates the states' dual sovereignty with the federal government.

Have you ever considered entrusting your private information to the federal government? Of course not---especially now! But now that they are consolidating every piece of information about every American into a universal federal database, you are now much more vulnerable to identity thieves.

How many times have you recently read about hackers stealing information on thousands of people from credit card company databases? Now, ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AT RISK!

The REAL ID Act implementation will make it much easier for the federal government to track every American---which is the purpose for it under the REAL ID Act. This is an outright invasion of your privacy. You must tell your Member of Congress this. We need to make sure that those in Congress understand that you object to government having more information than they absolutely need to know to tax you, or to send you a check. Anything else is not their business. We must do everything that we can to invalidate the May 11, 2011 "peeper deadline," when the Department of Homeland Security and the Commerce Department will begin to amass a database on every American, something that they were previously forbidden from legally having.

Eventually, READ ID-compliant cards will be REQUIRED for air travel, access to federal buildings, and even for receiving federal benefits, such as Social Security. A Federal agency will not be able to accept, for any official purpose, a driver's license or identification card issued by any state to any person, unless the state is meeting the requirements specified in the REAL ID Act.

Before a REAL ID can be issued, the applicant must provide the following documentation:
1. A photo ID, or a non-photo ID that includes his or her full legal name and birth date
2. Documentation of birth date
3. Documentation of legal status and Social Security number
4. Documentation showing name and principal residence address.

Digital images of each identity document will be stored in each State Department of Motor Vehicles database. And, according to some opponents of REAL ID, this is only the beginning of the information and documentation that the state governments will be required to obtain and to put on the card!

The Department of Homeland Security claims this cannot be construed as a "National ID Card," because the cards are issued by the states. However, the national READ ID law establishes NATIONAL STANDARDS that the states must adhere to. So, when you hear the rhetoric, it is just that---rhetoric. It's federal government "double-talk." Please help us stop this federal intrusion into your privacy right now.

The liberal American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland says: "The law places no limits on potential required uses for Real IDs." In time, Real IDs could be required to vote, collect a Social Security check, access Medicaid, open a bank account, go to an Orioles game, or buy a gun. The private sector could begin mandating a Real ID to perform countless commercial and financial activities, such as renting a DVD or buying car insurance. Ultimately, just as Social Security Cards were never supposed to be used for ID purposes, Real ID drivers' license will, very quickly, become de facto national ID cards, which is why people who don't drive will still need to carry one.

The "machine-readable technology," as required by REAL ID, would convert state-issued driver licenses and identification cards into TRACKING DEVICES, allowing computers to pinpoint and record people's whereabouts anytime that they are identified. Under REAL ID, all state drivers' license databases will be linked. This will allow information in a person's ID database in any state to be accessible by officials in any other State, or by the federal government.

In 1998 the Clinton Administration tested such a privately-funded card without the consent or knowledge of Congress. Their card was part of a special healthcare program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The program was initated in five western States and entailed giving women with dependent children free healthcare in the pilot project that actually tested the effectiveness of the biometric cards, which electronically monitored the whereabouts of the cardholder 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by GPS. The test lasted one year. It was deemed to be a success. Our federal government does have the ability, and the desire, to track the whereabouts of its human capital while they work, when they play, and where they sleep. REAL ID, in other words, is REAL Intrusive.

Discovering Wikileaks

There is a great analysis of Wikileaks by Michael Chossudovsky and understanding it fully is important to understanding yet another manufactured means of morphing our mental images of what, who and how in global affairs... It is a manipulation of information, Essentially it is intended to evolve into a means of disinformation... I've extracted the most important analysis of the wikileaks objective and those behind it... but all are encouraged to follow the links and READ and digest the entire article.

You must learn to fine tune your instinct for reality...truth... common sense,., reason and rational not rationalization. If something does not "feel" or "smell" right keep your shield of paranoia ON.

Manufacturing Dissent

Wikileaks has the essential features of a process of "manufactured dissent". It seeks to expose government lies. It has released important information on US war crimes. But once the project becomes embedded in the mould of mainstream journalism, it is used as an instrument of media disinformation:

"It is in the interest of the corporate elites to accept dissent and protest as a feature of the system inasmuch as they do not threaten the established social order. The purpose is not to repress dissent, but, on the contrary, to shape and mould the protest movement, to set the outer limits of dissent. To maintain their legitimacy, the economic elites favor limited and controlled forms of opposition... To be effective, however, the process of "manufacturing dissent" must be carefully regulated and monitored by those who are the object of the protest movement " (See Michel Chossudovsky, "Manufacturing Dissent": the Anti-globalization Movement is Funded by the Corporate Elites, September 2010)

What this examination of the Wikileaks project also suggests is that the mechanics of New World Order propaganda, particularly with regard to its military agenda, has become increasingly sophisticated.

It no longer relies on the outright suppression of the facts regarding US-NATO war crimes. Nor does it require that the reputation of government officials at the highest levels, including the Secretary of State, be protected. New World Order politicians are in a sense "disposable". They can be replaced. What must be protected and sustained are the interests of the economic elites, which control the political apparatus from behind the scenes.

In the case of Wikileaks, the facts are contained in a data bank; many of those facts, particularly those pertaining to foreign governments serve US foreign policy interests. Other facts tend, on the other hand to discredit the US administration. With regard to financial information, the release of data pertaining to a particular bank instigated via Wikileaks by a rival financial institution, could potentially be used to trigger the collapse or bankrutpcy of the targeted financial institution.

All the Wiki-facts are selectively redacted, they are then "analyzed" and interpreted by a media which serves the economic elites.

While the numerous pieces of information contained in the Wikileaks data bank are accessible, the broader public will not normally take the trouble to consult and scan through the Wikileaks data bank. The public will read the redacted selections and interpretations presented in major news outlets.

A partial and biased picture is presented. The redacted version is accepted by public opinion because it is based on what is heralded as a "reliable source", when in fact what is presented in the pages of major newspapers and on network TV is a carefully crafted and convoluted distortion of the truth.

Limited forms of critical debate and "transparency" are tolerated while also enforcing broad public acceptance of the basic premises of US foreign policy, including its "Global War on Terrorism". WHY ARE ALTERNATIVES SURPRESSED?

Water-Powered Car
For more than three decades now, Daniel Dingel has been claiming that his car can run with water as fuel. An article from the Philippine Daily Inquirer said that Dingle built his engine as early as 1969. Dingel built a car reactor that uses electricity from a 12-volt car battery to split the ordinary tap water into hydrogen and oxygen components. The hydrogen can then be used to power the car engine.

Dingel said that a number of foreign car companies have expressed interest in his invention. The officials of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) have dismissed Dingel's water-powered car as a hoax. In return, Dingel accused them of conspiring with oil producing countries. Dingel, however, was the not the only man on earth who is testing water as an alternative fuel. American inventors Rudolf Gunnerman and Stanley Meyer and the researchers of the U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory have been pursuing similar experiments.

AIR-POWERED ENGINES

I won't go into all of the nuances of the air powered engines except to say that they work and have been around a long time. Air powered cars are now in production and should the inventors find a way to "ON-BOARD" an air driven generator the perpetual motion machine is no longer an impossible dream.

Another advantage of air cars is that the fuel should be remarkably cheap, an important consideration in this era of volatile gas prices. Some estimates say that the cars will get the equivalent of 106 miles (171 kilometers) per gallon, although compressed air will probably not be sold by the gallon. A more meaningful estimate is that it may take as little as $2 worth of electricity to fill the compressed air tank, though you'll also need gasoline to power the electric motor that compresses air while driving [source: Cornell].

The vehicles themselves also will be relatively cheap. Zero Pollution Motors, which plans to release the first air cars in the United States and estimates a sticker price of about $17,800, which would make these cars affordable to budget-conscious American buyers.

Cheaper Fuel and Economic Energy

There are more natural oil resources on the North American Continent than the rest of the world combined without deep well drilling. By just uncapping already drilled wells on land in the continental United States there is over 140 years of available crude! That does not even figure in the Natural Gas being pumped back into the ground in several oil fields to the North!

So-called Environmentalists drove oil drilling off shore in the early 1970's. There was a political and a centralist/monopolist agenda behind the perversion of the environmentalists ideals. They were being lead by socialist ideologues preying upon emotional humanism. It is an old ploy of the centralist plutocrats. Those who aspire to maintain control of the zeitgeist of a society must know how to manipulate the masses by playing upon their common, human, emotions and compassion. They use their control of the DELPHI media to maintain control of the consensus of opinion even if it requires manufacturing the illusion of a consensus opinion that does not actually exist. The same environmentalists driven by the same manipulators are now screaming the loudest about the oil spill in the GULF! Why?! They generated the outcry that created the crisis! The dangers of deep well drilling are well known. Just look at the ON LAND disasters of deep well drilling experienced in Russia for instance. However, if one was paying attention we got a bit of insight not common knowledge to we commoners about the earth's oil reservoirs. The earth is actually replenishing already drilled deposits! Did anyone pay attention to that little aside? What that means is that the EARTH itself is a renewable energy source. That is something many spiritual leaders over the centuries have always known! Had the deep well disaster in the Gulf happened on a LAND drilled well it could have been contained within hours of the event! That is something few so-called investigative journalists, so-called environmentalists and so-called political leaders are focusing upon. And it NEEDS to be pointed out over and over again!

Until we get the political/greed agenda of the centralist/monopolist plutocrats out of the way of PROGRESS there will be no logical progress made without THEIR permitting it based upon their control over the progressive innovations being made! That is what monopolist capitalism is based upon: the self assumed right of the privileged few to dictate and design the society around them. And that is exactly what every communitarian ideology dictates. That is NOT compatible with individual liberty, individual initiative, self reliance, freedom of thought or any FREEDOM!

The truly free market would also prevent fractional banking thus ending the international banking cartel's dictatorship over the world markets. Something they are not likely to surrender peaceably.

asked General David Petraeus the following question:

"General Petraeus, what are you doing to reduce carbon emissions in the war on terror?"

Wow. I had to read, and re-read this several times to believe it. Folks, there are American sons and daughters dying every week on the foreign battlefields of southwest Asia. The nation is completely bankrupt and ... quite literally, borrowing 43 cents for every dollar in federal spending. We have the largest environmental disaster in the nation's history in the Gulf of Mexico, and we have Mexican drug armies invading our nation. And yet ....

Gabrielle Giffords is the poster-child for what is wrong with the US Congress. We are being led by imbeciles. To the rest of America reading this blog, and to Gen. Petraeus if this e-mail makes it to your inbox ... my sincerest apologies for the stupid question asked of you by my US congressional representative. General ... I am sure you have better things to worry about than carbon emissions on the battlefield. I assure you, as a registered voter in Arizona's 8th congressional district, I will do everything I can to ensure Rep. Giffords is voted out of office in November, and I pray you'll get back to business of fighting the war on terror without worrying about such petty and nonsensical matters as your carbon footprint in the war.

In fact, so minute a part of the carbon emissions that if it were depended upon to provide for the carbon dependent earth that all life on earth would cease to exist.

The indoctrinated and the socialist idiots need to start thinking for themselves and STOP screwing around with Mother Nature! Apologist America Goes Full Circle

When one studies history, if one is astute enough to look beyond the obvious, discrimination against one group or another, enslavement of conquered nations or whatever the oppression whether real or imagined, always goes full circle until the majority lashes back after sometimes generations of apologetic catering to those an earlier generation emasculated. Even the Bible records it and is all too clear that the aftermath of Solomon's appeasement of all the nationalities and ethnic groups absorbed during King David's rein and intermingled and catered to during King Solomon his son's rein began the fall of the great Hebrew Nation, which after Solomon's death was torn asunder by the Hebrew tribes pure bloods conflicts with the mixed bloods and various absorbed ethnics. There is not a lot of detail recorded in our translation, though there are volumes buried in the Vatican which we cannot imagine.

We are living in the times when the fringe groups that have been used to divide we who love and cherish our heritage and freedoms. The Alinsky plan played and preying upon the less intelligent and less spiritual. True they do not see themselves this way. They have been indoctrinated that they are the downtrodden and deserve to special attention just because they were born whatever ethnic or color. It is no different with the minority at the other end of the status pole, the establishment elitists, they too feel they have special right to be immune from the majority and given special treatment in all things of life. What is most interesting is that the Majority is expected to give privilege to both the upper fringe and the lower fringe minorities without question nor concern for itself.

That sort of disparity cannot endure for very long without a backlash. The Alinskyites know this as surely as the Marxists and other advocates of societal designing did, though many of the communitarian theorists did not seem to understand it and their rabid following understand it even less. Such tampering with Man's nature without the intellect or soul to do so guarantees disaster. There is no way to avoid it for once the diversity goes full circle the backlash is inevitable. Therein lies the challenge for we who wish to save our nation rather than destroy it.

History records many societies destroyed by just this sort of diversity to apologist to backlash cycle. In every case it has led to the destruction of cultures and political foundations from within. Even modern countries still having the illusion of existence are not the heritage of their forefathers. And now we are amidst the backlash of the majority in our own country with the Marxists and Alinskyites trying to stir the fringe groups into acts that will demand reprisal from our ranks to justify dismantling of our country.

I heard a Democrat... yes the Socialists are still calling themselves Democrats.., call the Tea Party movement a "Cult." And even the GOP is trying to discredit the Tea Party and other populous groups trying to restore the Republic. What I find so curious in that vein is that the NAACP, Black Panthers, Black Nation, Code Pink, KKK and so many other socialist and fascist groups actually have become CULTS. Not the number one definition, but one of the definitions of a cult is the cure of a disease based on dogma set forth by it's promulgator. Too often this becomes a faddish devotion to a lie or misconception put forth by those who would stand to gain directly or indirectly from such devotion. All one needs to do is study these groups to understand their leaders true colors. That includes the two PARTIES as well.

Beware those bringing ripe fruit to the table without invitation. Snow White was foolish. So was Samson. THINK!

Socialism does NOT change monopolist/capitalism! Socialism ENFORCES monopolist/capitalism by eliminating any competition! PERIOD! The centralist/monopoly is now [under a socialist government] a tyrannical PLUTOCRACY!

Man does not, cannot, know everything. Those who act as though they do [the way the arrogant leaders in DC are] GUARANTEE catastrophe! Socialism, every collectivist design, is the ultimate arrogance. Those who have the arrogance to believe they are competent to do societal planning without sufficient knowledge to be tampering with the nature of man ignore the traditions that embody the wisdom of generations, disregard customs whose purpose they do not understand and confuse the law that burns in the hearts of man - which they cannot change - with administrative rules and legislated laws that they alter at their own whim. Such CONCEIT is THE "FATAL ERROR" of all collectivist, communitarian designs whether economics, commerce or socially. IT CANNOT WORK! It will always lead to violence and destruction WITHIN.

National Military Forces Against U. S. Civilians Illegal

The use of "any" "National" military units against U.S. Citizens is expressly prohibited by the Constitution.

In New York and other states the National Guard and now the Coast Guard are being used to detain and prohibit free movement within the Continental U. S.

This is quoted from an article from Infowars... But part of the acclimation process is getting military units to accept the role of domestic law enforcers without questioning the illegal orders they are being given.

"The use of National Guard units in arresting American citizens and patrolling the streets is part of the acclimation process to make Americans accept the sight of military assets engaging in domestic law enforcement as a routine occurrence. In rolling out this program under the pretext of the war on drugs, authorities are attempting to perform a slick end run around Posse Comitatus, which would normally make it illegal for the military to conduct such operations.

In the past, scenes of troops ordering citizens around were widely denounced as being characteristic of an authoritarian, backward, dictatorial country under a state of martial law. America was seen as the leading light of the world because its people were free from this tyranny. Now that American is under a de facto state of martial law, such scenes are becoming commonplace.

The fact that many of these Guard troops are returning from Afghanistan and Iraq, where they are part of an occupying force trained to round up and detain the host population in prison camps for the most minor of infractions is also a shocking facet to this story.

As we highlighted yesterday, National Guard units are now being deployed for things like traffic control in places like Kingman Arizona, and providing security at sports events like the Kentucky Derby.

As we reported in 2008, U.S. troops returning from Iraq are now occupying America, running checkpoints and training to deal with “civil unrest and crowd control” under the auspices of a Northcom program that by 2011 will have no less than 20,000 active duty troops deployed inside America to “help” state and local officials during times of emergency.

We have documented numerous instances of troops and National Guard personnel being used to perform law enforcement duties which are transparently outside the purview of the Guard’s supposed role to respond to national emergencies and therefore completely illegal.

In January 2009, soldiers from the Lynchburg-based 1st Battalion, 116th Brigade Combat Team, were used to conduct personal searches at checkpoints in Washington DC for the inauguration of Barack Obama.

In March of that same year, we reported on U.S. Army troops dispatched to patrol the streets of Samson, Alabama, after a murder spree.

On April 6, we reported on a DHS, federal, state, Air Force, and local law enforcement checkpoint in Tennessee. On April 3, Infowars was instrumental in the cancellation of a seatbelt checkpoint that was to be conducted in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security and the 251st Military Police in Bolivar, Tennessee.

In December 2008, we reported on the Marine Corps Air and Ground Combat Center dispatching troops to work with police on checkpoints in in San Bernardino County, California.

On April 22 2009, we reported the deployment of 400 National Guard Combat Support Battalion troops to “maintain public order” at the Boston Marathon.

In June 2008, Infowars posted an article by D. H. Williams of the Daily Newscaster reporting the deployment of 2,300 Marines in the city of Indianapolis under the direction of FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

We also reported a story on April 22 2009 covering the assault of a local television news team by an irate police officer in El Paso, Texas. A video taken by the news videographer shows uniformed soldiers working with police officers at the scene of a car accident.

If we accept the seamless integration of troops into law enforcement then America as the “land of the free” will cease to exist for good, to be replaced by an oppressive Sovietized police state with an overlay of 21st century technology designed to monitor and control our every movement. This is only made more alarming by the fact that the National Guard are now training with foreign troops to take on American “terrorists” as part of this integration process."

On Wednesday Gary posted the list “Five Truths that Liberals Hate,” and it proved one of the most popular posts we’ve had in a while. While in total agreement with those ideals, and actually probably the most conservative guy at American Vision, I thought a little Tabasco for the Right was in order as well. So let’s hear it: five truths Republicans hate.

1. Most Republicans are as socialist as the Left. While not as socially liberal as the left—not advocating equality, gay rights, feminism, etc., etc.—Republicans have proven every bit as fiscally liberal with the exception of the last year or so when political convenience has changed their rhetoric. But try to get one to admit that social security and medicare are socialist programs along the lines of Obamacare, and they’ll dance and dodge all day! It was Bush II who created medicare prescription drug coverage at the cost of $550 billion, and only nine Senate republicans opposed.

2. Public schooling is a socialist institution, paid for like a social welfare scheme, where socialist teachers teach socialism to conservatives’ kids. It was designed as an anti-conservative institution and operates openly as an anti-conservative institution. Yet most conservative parents still mock homeschooling and refuse to put their kids in even a private school. Some Christians argue they’re salt and light—”we just need prayer back in schools!” The only prayer any kid should be praying in school is “Mom! Dad! Please! Get me out!”

3. There is no such thing as private property as long as property taxes and the threat of liens exist. Bad-mouthing Obama’s socialism rings hollow until you pressure your state, county, and municipal officials to abolish property taxes. Of course, you’d also have to argue against public schooling as well, for about 75% of property taxes go to pay for public schools.

4. There is nothing inherently or historically conservative about our national standing military. It was a Republican-led effort that ignored everything the American founders wrote about the dangers of standing armies and centralized the state militias into a national army, the outlawed state militias. Shortly after the Militia Act of 1903, in one ten year span before WWI, the military budget rose from $2 million to $53 million—a 2,650% budget increase. The whole program was carried out by Progressives which at that time dominated the Republican Party. These were men whom Republicans generally revere as well, Republicans: William McKinley, Teddy Roosevelt, William H. Taft, Elihu Root. Historically, big war has been carried out under progressive Democrats: Wilson got us into WW1, FDR WWII, Truman Korea, and Kennedy/Johnson Vietnam. Progressives love war inherently: it was one aspect that grew directly out of social Darwinism. Conservatives fight when necessary to protect their own land and freedom, except against property taxes, apparently.

5. Republicans were the original spend-and-tax, big-government Progressives, and remain so today. The same Republican men who nationalized the military, in order to fund their progressive ideals, created, promoted, and signed into law the Sixteenth amendment (national income tax) which had the side-effect of rendering the IRS a permanent institution. Taft got the act through Congress in 1909, the last state ratified it in 1913. The intervening presidential election was a contest of three men with the same ideals—Wilson, T. Roosevelt, and Taft—all of whom supported the national income tax. The same Republicans instituted the National Monetary Commission which developed the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, which Wilson also signed into law. In modern times, were it not for Obama, Bush II would reign as the spending and deficit king by quite a margin. The biggest spenders in recent decades were all the Republican presidents, including Reagan. Only Clinton in his first term rivaled them before Obama.

So there you have it. These are five truths that Republicans just have to hate! But thankfully, we have a God-given right to change our minds and become truly conservative. In fact the Communist Party USA applauded FDR for having "legislated more planks of the Communist Manifesto into law in the US more successfully than anything done in Russia." [This was while the USSR was still being formed]
