Federal Government Has NO Constitutional Authority Over States

The idea that The United States Supreme Court should hear the case of The United States vs Arizona defies the principle that forbids a party to decide his own case.

This was exactly what Virginia Judge Spencer Roane, a Supreme Court Justice from Virginia, during the Adams- Jefferson presidencies pointed out, stating: "..if the federal judiciary were to arbitrate such a dispute between itself and the states, it would be presiding over it's own case, a clear absurdity."

Therefore I submit that there is no court which can dictate STATE RIGHTS to self defense or to defend the rights of its citizens. Basically the Federal Government has no standing or authority over Arizona's laws, because the STATE is always the authority OVER the federal government which is the creation of the COMPACT between the states not the inverse.
